Processing Time
All orders are shipped within 7 to 10 business days for physical products. A faster turn around time is always strived for and sometimes the order will be sent the same day!
Estimated Shipping Time
Once your order has left for a physical product, it should arrive within 3-5 business days to any U.S. addresses, depending on what shipping method you choose at checkout.
Shipping Address
Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.
If you need to change your shipping address, please email me with your order number and the correct shipping address at creativefeastudio.info@gmail.com. You must contact me within 24 hours of placing your order to change your address. If you order has already shipped before you contact me, I am unable to change your shipping address.
If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund or replacement order is not guaranteed.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Damaged Items and Replacements
If you received the wrong item, or your order was damaged in shipping, please reach out to me at creativefeastudio.info@gmail.com to set up a replacement order! Please include a photo of the item you received and any damage to your order with your email. Unfortunately, I cannot cover replacements for items damaged or broken after delivery.
Packages Lost in Transit or Never Delivered
If your order has tracking and has been listed as ‘pre-transit’ for 2 weeks with no tracking updates, or if you don't see the package in your mailbox 3 days after your tracking was marked as delivered, I would be happy to consider your order lost in transit and send a replacement out to you. Please see FAQ page for more details.
Return, Exchanges, and Cancellations
• I accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for physical products. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. To request a return or exchange, reach out to creativefeastudio.info@gmail.com if you have any questions during the process.
In your return package, please ensure your order number is included and the item(s) you are interested in returning or exchanging. Once I've received the item(s) back, I will be able to exchange or refund your order. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds will be processed to the payment method used for the original order. Refunds will take 3-7 business days to be reflected on your original payment method.
Clearance, final sale,digital downloads, and grab bag orders are ineligible for return or exchange.
To cancel your order, you must contact me within 24 hours of purchase at creativefeastudio.info@gmail.com . After 24 hours, I am unable to cancel your order.
